CROWDER
Since August 2015, Chris has been based at the Liverpool Golf Centre, full-time coaching golfers of every skill level, plus assisting in the exciting expansion of LGC.
He has an impressive playing history having won over 50 times a mixture of Pro-Am and various tournaments across the region as well as the British Open Regional Qualifier and PGA Manx Classic.
Chris also qualified for the second stage of tour school and qualified for the Lombard Trophy at Gleneagles. His lowest competitive round was 63 -9 at St Anne’s Old Links.
He was awarded AA professional status by the PGA and has passed a PGA diploma. Chris also regularly attends coaching seminars to continually develop his teaching skills and keep up to date with the increasing use of technology in coaching.
Since turning professional 15 years ago he has built up a wealth of coaching knowledge having taught players of all abilities and also worked alongside other experienced coaches.
He is an excellent junior coach and has a proven track record of developing young players. One of his girls going on to join the England team and another now plays for the Lancashire County squad.
Chris has run many successful junior programmes for Golf Foundation and Sports UK including an inner-city school’s grassroots initiative to give children from deprived areas the opportunity to learn how to play golf and get them into local clubs.
He also coaches the Liverpool University Scratch team and has run a number of ladies’ classes.

If you’d like to purchase tuition as a gift we recommend you purchase with their existing Professional if already receiving coaching and familiar with their game.

On a regular basis, we check our records and review how we can improve the service of the Golf Academy.
Failed appointments and late cancellations deny other pupils valuable appointment times and the professional incurring teaching bay charges. We kindly request you give 24 hours notice for cancellations or the lesson may be chargeable or deducted from your current course or voucher.
Your purchase is a contract with the Liverpool Golf Academy instructor, we reserve the right to change tutor, lesson time and venue in the event of illness or tutor changing/leaving the venue. All expiry dates on lesson vouchers/blocks/promotions must be completed within the valid period stated at the time of purchase, the tutor reserves the right to refuse instruction outside this period.
