Since August 2017, Adrian is now based at the Liverpool Golf Centre, full-time coaching golfers of every skill level, plus assisting in the exciting expansion of LGC.
Adrian Fryer’s standing in the golf community is second to none making appointments and demand quite desirable.
Despite his obvious passion in helping anyone of any standard play better, his reputation and experience in the golf industry is backed up by many of his students, club and professional players’ achievements with victories at club, regional and international levels.
Alongside his long standing magazine instruction features in UK’s best selling publication Today’s Golfer Adrian was also instrumental in instigating PGA Coaching Conferences, inventing golf training aids as well as many overseas coaching assignments.

Since turning professional in 1978 Adrian’s motivation has always been to be a true PGA Professional in every sense of the word, so whether applying efforts to playing, coaching, retailing or any area within the world of professional golf his goal has always been to be the best he can.
After qualifying Adrian was club professional at Chorley Golf Club then in 1988 secured the job as club professional at The Warrington Golf Club. Adrian then became involved in establishing Drivetime, Warrington and focused on establishing a very busy expert teaching facility.
After 20 years Adrian moved to True Fit Golf for six years before continuing to offer expert tuition to his large and ever-expanding varied student database here in Merseyside.
His students include keen handicap players’ right through to many local professionals and leading amateurs. Adrian has been instrumental in helping a number of amateurs secure several County ladies, girls and boys County Championship Titles with some of his current charges achieving +5 handicaps and representing England internationally.
Many regional PGA players consult Adrian for swing advice plus he has also coached several players to European Challenge Tour victories and guided their games when competing in The Open Championship on several occasions.
Alongside his busy coaching schedule Adrian has historically run and presented PGA coaching conferences, invented training aids, authored golf books and has been the most consistently featured PGA Professional contributing instruction articles to Britain’s best selling golf publication Today’s Golfer. His creative ideas and swing knowledge have seen him feature in over twenty years of publications.

On a regular basis, we check our records and review how we can improve the service of the Golf Academy.
Failed appointments and late cancellations deny other pupils valuable appointment times and the professional incurring teaching bay charges. We kindly request you give 24 hours notice for cancellations or the lesson may be chargeable or deducted from your current course or voucher.
